The Agroindustrial Technology Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jember, warmly welcomed its new students for the 2025/2026 academic year through the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) program.

This year, 134 new students have officially joined the Agroindustrial Technology Program. Their presence is expected to enrich the academic community and foster innovation in the field of agroindustry.

During PKKMB, students received essential guidance not only about university life and academic ethics but also insights into opportunities for developing competencies in agroindustrial technology. The program was delivered by experienced lecturers committed to accompanying students throughout their academic journey.

The Program Coordinator emphasized that success in higher education goes beyond academic achievement. Adaptability, innovation, and collaboration are equally crucial. Therefore, PKKMB serves as an important starting point to instill values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence from the very beginning.

With strong dedication, the Agroindustrial Technology Program is committed to producing highly competitive graduates, ready to meet industrial challenges and contribute to the advancement of agriculture and food sectors in Indonesia.

Program Studi Teknologi Industri Pertanian (TIP), Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Jember, turut menyambut dengan hangat kedatangan mahasiswa baru tahun akademik 2025/2026. Penyambutan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus bagi Mahasiswa Baru (PKKMB) yang diinisiasi secara terpusat oleh Universitas Jember dan difasilitasi di tingkat fakultas maupun program studi.

Pada tahun ini, Prodi TIP menerima sebanyak 134 mahasiswa baru, yang akan bergabung bersama keluarga besar FTP dan secara khusus menjadi bagian dari komunitas akademik TIP. Kehadiran mahasiswa baru ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat dinamika akademik sekaligus mengembangkan semangat kolaborasi dalam bidang teknologi dan inovasi agroindustri.

Selama kegiatan PKKMB, mahasiswa baru TIP mendapatkan pembekalan yang tidak hanya mencakup pengenalan dunia perkuliahan dan kode etik akademik, tetapi juga wawasan mengenai peluang pengembangan kompetensi di bidang agroindustri. Materi-materi ini disampaikan oleh dosen-dosen berpengalaman yang siap mendampingi mahasiswa dalam menapaki perjalanan studi mereka.

Koordinator Program Studi TIP menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan mahasiswa tidak hanya ditentukan oleh capaian akademik semata, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan beradaptasi, berinovasi, serta membangun jejaring yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKKMB menjadi momentum penting untuk menanamkan nilai integritas, profesionalisme, dan semangat berprestasi sejak awal.

Dengan semangat kebersamaan, TIP berkomitmen untuk terus mencetak lulusan yang berdaya saing tinggi, mampu menjawab tantangan industri, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pembangunan sektor pertanian dan pangan di Indonesia.

The Agricultural Industrial Technology (TIP) Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jember, proudly announces that its undergraduate program in Agricultural Industrial Technology has officially received international accreditation from ASIIN (Accreditation Agency for Study Programmes in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics), based in Germany.

This recognition is formally granted through an accreditation certificate signed by the Chairperson of the ASIIN Accreditation Commission, Prof. Dr. Gert Ingold, along with Managing Directors Dr.-Ing. Mathis Wollny and Dr. Iring Wasser. The ASIIN certificate confirms that the TIP program meets high-level academic and professional standards in alignment with the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF LLL) at Level 6, and is consistent with the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG).

The accreditation is valid from 27 June 2025 to 30 September 2030, and covers the full-time mode of delivery. This achievement affirms the commitment of the TIP Study Program to delivering high-quality education, fostering effective learning processes, and producing graduates who are competitive at both national and international levels.

With this international recognition, the Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program further strengthens its position as a leading academic program ready to compete globally and contribute to the sustainable development of agro-industrial sectors in Indonesia and beyond.

Program Studi Teknologi Industri Pertanian (TIP), Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Universitas Jember, dengan bangga mengumumkan bahwa program sarjana "Agricultural Industrial Technology" telah berhasil memperoleh akreditasi internasional dari ASIIN (Accreditation Agency for Study Programmes in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics) yang berbasis di Jerman.

Pengakuan ini secara resmi diberikan melalui sertifikat akreditasi yang ditandatangani oleh Ketua Komisi Akreditasi ASIIN, Prof. Dr. Gert Ingold, serta Direktur Pelaksana, Dr.-Ing. Mathis Wollny dan Dr. Iring Wasser. Sertifikasi ASIIN menyatakan bahwa Program Studi TIP UNEJ telah memenuhi standar akademik dan profesional tingkat tinggi sesuai dengan kerangka kualifikasi Eropa untuk pembelajaran sepanjang hayat (European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning/EQF LLL) pada Level 6, dan juga selaras dengan European Standards and Guidelines (ESG).

Akreditasi ini berlaku mulai 27 Juni 2025 hingga 30 September 2030, dan mencakup penyelenggaraan program dalam bentuk penuh waktu (full-time). Keberhasilan ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen Program Studi TIP dalam menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas, mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif, serta menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

Dengan diperolehnya akreditasi internasional ini, Program Studi Teknologi Industri Pertanian semakin mengukuhkan posisinya sebagai program studi unggulan yang siap bersaing secara global dan berkontribusi aktif dalam pengembangan agroindustri berkelanjutan di Indonesia dan dunia.

The Department of Agroindustrial Technology continues to demonstrate its commitment to applied research and community service through the active participation of KeRis-DiMas STABLE (Research and Community Service Group) in the official visit of the Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia (Wamentan RI) to Jember Regency on Friday, July 11, 2025.

One of the highlighted destinations during this visit was the Tirtobakti II Farmer Group in Sukamakmur Village. As a long-time partner in research and community empowerment, KeRis-DiMas STABLE contributed by exhibiting various innovative products resulting from a collaborative initiative that has been ongoing since 2021.

The showcased products are derivatives of maggot cultivation, which have been successfully developed into value-added products with economic potential for the local community. This collaboration has not only brought tangible benefits to farmers but also enriched students’ experiential learning through field practice and service-learning activities.

The event was attended by lecturers from the Department of Agroindustrial Technology who are active members of KeRis STABLE, including:

Program Studi Teknologi Industri Pertanian kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam penguatan riset terapan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui partisipasi Kelompok Riset dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (KeRis-DiMas) STABLE dalam kunjungan kerja Wakil Menteri Pertanian Republik Indonesia (Wamentan RI) ke Kabupaten Jember pada hari Jumat, 11 Juli 2025.

Salah satu lokasi strategis yang dikunjungi oleh Wamentan RI adalah Kelompok Tani Tirtobakti II di Desa Sukamakmur. KeRis-DiMas STABLE, sebagai mitra riset dan pendampingan, turut berkontribusi aktif dalam kegiatan tersebut dengan menampilkan berbagai produk inovatif hasil kerjasama sejak tahun 2021.

Produk-produk yang dipamerkan merupakan hasil pengembangan dari budidaya maggot, yang telah dimanfaatkan menjadi produk turunan bernilai tambah dan berpotensi ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Kolaborasi ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi kelompok tani, namun juga memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran mahasiswa melalui kegiatan praktik lapang dan pengabdian berbasis masyarakat.

Dalam kegiatan ini, hadir langsung para dosen dari Program Studi Teknologi Industri Pertanian yang tergabung dalam KeRis STABLE, yaitu:

Once again, students from the Agricultural Industrial Technology (TIP) Program have swept the top awards at the 2025 Faculty-level Outstanding Student Competition (Pilmapres) at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP). This prestigious event, held annually, selects the best students to represent FTP in the university-level competition. In 2025, four students from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts proudly represented TIP and continued the program’s strong tradition of excellence.

This year, TIP students claimed the top spots, further solidifying their reputation as consistent high achievers. Leading the group was Moh. Fais Rudi Susanto (Student ID: 221710301118), who secured First Place and earned the honor of representing FTP at the university level.

Mahasiswa TIP lagi-lagi menyapu bersih juara pada gelaran Pilmapres tingkat Fakultas di Tahun 2025. Kali ini sebanyak 4 orang mahasiswa TIP dari angkatan 2022 dan 2023 mengikuti ajang paling bergensi di FTP tahun 2025 yaitu pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi (Pilmapres) yang nantinya akan mewakili fakultas dalam seleksi pilmapres tingkat universitas. Tidak tanggung-tanggung, mahasiswa Prodi TIP memborong juara pada pilmapres 2025 dan meneruskan tradisi mewakili fakultas di tingkat universitas seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
